You can always resume your subscription by logging in to Your account and clicking the Resume Rebill button.
Please note that the Resume Rebill option is available as long as the recurring payment date is not in the past.
You can resume your subscription in your Account under the Product name section.
Step 1 - Go to the Purchase Finder and access your Order summary
- Please open our Purchase Finder.
- Enter the email address you used to make this purchase online.
Step 2 - Click View
Click View under the Receipt tab to see the transaction you need
Step 3 - Click Resume Rebill
Click Resume Rebill for the domain you want to unpause the subscription, directly below the Rebilling canceled notification.
