There are a few options for getting answers to your questions.

Contact us by Email
You can find the Contact us option on the support home page. We encourage you to send us screenshots to save time later on.
- Click on Contact us.
- You will need to enter your email address. A security code will be sent to you.
- Enter the code and click on Validate. You will then be able to open a request.
- Fill out this form.
- Add any attachments.
- Click Submit.
- Your ticket will be created.
- You'll receive an email confirming we received your request and our customer support team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Search Knowledge Base
All you need to do is use the search bar to find an article that will answer your question.
- Type out the topic you need help with in the search bar.
- Click the Enter key.
The article will then load.
If you still need help, you can search again or choose a related article.
- Type into the search bar.
- Click the Enter key.
