I have lost my licensing information. How do I retrieve it?

To retrieve your product information, access your Account and go to the "My Products" section. You can find the license codes for your purchased products there.

In our system, we back-up the licensing information and always ready to assist you in the retrieving. In these cases, please contact our Customer Support Service for assistance. Click on "Leave us a message" button with the web widget and submit your request.
